About WIN
Nearly 20-years-ago, a group of business women based in Louisville, Kentucky, realized the benefit their male counter-parts gained through business and social organizations.   The problem was that these groups, or clubs, were typically restricted to male membership. So, the women determined to begin their own business association, naming it Women-in-Networking, or WIN, because when women network and promote each other's businesses everyone wins.   

Today, there are 4 Chapters of WIN in the Louisville area. WIN 4, the newest chapter, was launched in June of 2008.  

Charitable Outreach
Winning applies not only to the businesses, careers and personal development of the women of WIN, but also to the ability and obligation women feel in terms of giving back to the community in which they live. So, an important component of WIN is its support of local charities. Each year, WIN4 members choose to learn about and support 5 charitable organizations that rely upon local and individual donations to operate.

What a pleasure it was to join WIN 4 for lunch and sharing on March 17. All of you make a dynamic group of women helping women. VIPS sure appreciated all of the wonderful gifts from your members! The lotions and candles will be used for goody bags at the Famiiy Retreat. All of the candy has already been stuffed into colorful Easter eggs for our party on April 11. The school supplies will also be put to great use in our classrooms. And the gift cards will come in handy to purchase refreshments for our monthly Family Dinners.
